Eastep® RT Master Mix 是两步法Real Time RT-PCR用来合成第一链cDNA的最佳逆转录反应试剂。本产品为5x预混液，主要成份包含高效率逆转录酶M-MLV、MgCl2、dNTP、Oligo(dT)15 Primer、Random Primers、RNase inhibitor和反应缓冲液，只需添加模板RNA和水即可迅速地开始反应。
本产品适用于合成Real Time PCR用短链目的片段cDNA模板，如需Real Time PCR检测，推荐与本公司生产的Eastep® qPCR Master Mix共同使用，能够进行高性能的基因表达分析，也适用于高效合成全长的cDNA模板,对扩增2kb左右的片段效率更高；此外，由于本产品中加入gDNA Remover能有效去除RNA模板中的gDNA污染，使实验数据更准确。
●完全预混型试剂，只需添加模板RNA和水即可；
●可在15min内高效合成Real Time PCR用短链目的片段cDNA模板，同时该产品也适用于合成全长的cDNA模板；
●使用了Oligo(dT)15 Primer和Random Primers两种逆转录引物，可对RNA的整个区域进行均一的逆转录反应；
●具有与Real Time PCR试剂的高兼容性，与本公司生产的Eastep® qPCR Master Mix共同使用时，能达到高的检测灵敏度；
●逆转录温度范围广，根据RNA模板的不同选择37-50℃进行实验；
