Simplify Flow Cytometry for HiBiT-Tagged Proteins

Anti-HiBiT Monoclonal Antibody, XFD Fluorophore Conjugates (same structure as Alexa Fluor® dyes), make flow cytometry analysis of HiBiT-tagged proteins more efficient. They eliminate the need for secondary antibodies, reducing long incubation times and wash steps that cause sample loss. Available in two different colors to enable multiplexing in both live-cell and fixed flow cytometry applications.

The 11aa HiBiT epitope tag provides researchers the flexibility to study protein dynamics in live cells, fixed cells and lysates with both sensitive bioluminescence detection and a high-affinity antibody. Anti-HiBiT Monoclonal Antibody, XFD Fluorophore Conjugates, further enhance the versatile HiBiT protein tagging system.

Detect HiBiT CRISPR Knock-In Cells via Flow Cytometry

HiBiT CRISPR knock-in (red) and parental control cells (blue) were stained with 1µg/ml of XFD647 Anti-HiBiT Monoclonal Antibody, XFD Fluorophore Conjugates. Samples were analyzed on a BD Accuri C6 Plus Flow Cytometer using the APC Filter.
