Eastep® Super Total RNA Extraction Kit provides rapid, high-quality RNA isolation from animal tissue, plant tissue, bacteria and cultured cells. Using silica membrane-based minicolumns, highly pure, intact RNA is isolated without using toxic phenol:chloroform extractions. The system incorporates a DNase treatment step directly on the minicolumn membrane. This step substantially reduces genomic DNA contamination, which can interfere with amplification-based methodologies. There is no DNase or PCR inhibitor carryover in the final RNA preparation. RNA isolation with this system can be accomplished within 30 minutes.

• Perform Isolation Safely and Efficiently: Rapid isolation of total RNA in 30 minutes can be done without the use of hazardous compounds like phenol.
